On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with iron slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed.In the iron mining industry, the flotation machine is considered as a common iron ore concentration machine. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee. When the iron ore concentration machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal force and negative pressure are produced. Of course, the flotation machine is also widely used for roughing, concentrating and reverse flotation of nonferrous metals that include iron, lead, zinc, nickel and molybdenum, ferrous metal and nonmetallic minerals.
Water is introduced into the concentrator through a series of fluidization holes. Lower density particles are unable to penetrate the fluidized bed, and are subsequently displaced over the top of each ring, producing a continuous tails stream to overflow the inner bowl. This water flow causes fluidization to occur, which limits packing of the feed material within the rings. As material is fed to the concentrator, high density particles work their way through the fluidized bed, and are eventually captured between the individual rings of the cone.

The GBRA was an acid solution formulated with a combination of a catalyst and a reagent added to HCl, creating a biodegradable, nonbioaccumulating alternative to inhibited and potentially hazardous HCl. Simultaneously, a cathodic stimulation was created to reduce the corrosiveness by a factor of 50 at ambient temperatures [30,31]. During its synthesis, water was added to HCl to quench the exothermic reaction created, thereby significantly increasing the strength of the acid. Steel coupons were used in the corrosion test to measure the corrosion rate at different acid concentrations.A green biodegradable acid (GBRA) was used as a removal fluid.
